PHILATELIC PUBLICATIONS LIMITED was established on 1st March, 1983 and took over the "STAMPS WORLD" magazine in May, 1983. This stamp magazine was first published on 20th January, 1980 & was written in Chinese only. It has become bilingual (i.e. in both Chinese and English) as from issue No. 22 (May, 1983).
