Please read carefully the following notes and the Terms and Conditions of Sale printed in the catalogue before bidding:
投標前請細心閱讀下面說明及目錄所列之拍賣規則:

1. All bids are in Hong Kong Dollars 所有標價均以港幣計算。
2. No "Buy Bids" or bids without specific limits, however expressed, are acceptable. 沒有限價之投標恕不接受。
3. Bids from Minor (under the age of 21) must be submitted with a full cash deposit or an acceptable guarantee. 投標者如未滿21歲，需按售品全價預先繳交現款或提出本公司認可之保證。
4. TEN PERCENT (10%) BUYER'S COMMISSION will be charged in addition to the purchase price of each lot. 得標各項，需按得標價另加佣金百份之十。
5. Bid forms duty completed and signed should be received on or before the closing date of the Mail/Public Auction. Late bids will be rejected. 填妥及簽署後之投單應於截標/拍賣日或以前交達本公司，遲交之投標將不予接受。
6. Please check carefully the lot numbers and bid limits to avoid errors and omissions. 請小心核對所列之編號及投標價以避免錯漏。

Please purchase for me, without any legal obilgations on your part, the following lots at or below the limits stated as competition permits. 本人欲購買本目錄所列部份項目，茲將所需各項之最高投標限價列出如下，希於可能範圍內，以較低價代本人購買，購得與否，貴公司須負責法律責任。
